Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and handed over to the shipping company on the same day or the next business day at the latest.
Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends (Fridays & Saturdays) or national holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer in all scenarios. Whether you accept the order, refuse it upon inspection at the door, or request an exchange, the applicable shipping fees must be paid.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Cairo & Giza: 1 to 2 business days (24 - 48 hours).
- Alexandria & Delta: 2 to 3 business days.
- Upper Egypt & Other Governorates: 2 to 5 business days (depending on the location).
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions or carrier issues.

3. Courier Guidelines & Inspection

The courier will contact you on the phone number provided at checkout to arrange the exact delivery time.
As per our Return Policy, you have the right to open your package and inspect the items while the courier waits for 5 to 10 minutes at your door.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier attempts to deliver your order but cannot reach you or you are not at the provided address, they will try again on the next working day.
After 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts due to the customer being unreachable, the order will be automatically canceled and returned to our facility.
